Ty’s fine art landscape photography embodies an interplay of time and texture, focus and foundation — a search for what is often left unseen, unappreciated and uncommon.
Adding to his bevy of awards, in 2019, Ty emerged winner in the Fine Art category of the 2019 Px3 – Prix de la Photographie Awards in Paris. Plus, he was the Overall runner-up and Landscape Winner of the Capture Magazine Australasian Top Emerging Photographer Awards for 2019.
Ty uses a ColorEdge CS2420 to edit his award-winning work. In his own words, "I love the versatility on the screen tilt/rotation feature as I work mainly with portrait-oriented landscapes/aerials".
